BTS member J-Hope is set to showcase his independent lifestyle on MBC's renowned reality program 'I Live Alone.' In a teaser broadcast on February 21, J-Hope made a highly anticipated appearance, fulfilling the long-held desire of cartoonist and show regular Kian84.
Introducing himself, J-Hope stated, "I’m J-Hope, and I have been living alone for seven years," and greeted Wilson, the show's mascot, with a shy demeanor. This episode offers viewers their first-ever look into J-Hope's personal living space and daily routines.
Kian84 had previously expressed his admiration for J-Hope, mentioning in 2021, "I really want to meet J-Hope," and even included it as his New Year's wish. After three years, this long-awaited meeting is finally taking place, sparking curiosity among fans about their interaction.
In the meantime, J-Hope, following the group's eldest member Jin, was the second BTS member to complete his military service. He is preparing for an active year ahead, with plans to release a digital single in March.
Last month, he surprised fans by uploading a video titled 'J-Hope: Beginning of a New Dream' on BTS’s official YouTube channel, providing a behind-the-scenes look at his music-making process in the United States.
Additionally, J-Hope is set to embark on a world tour starting in late February and is scheduled to headline Lollapalooza Berlin in July, promising a dynamic lineup of performances for his fans worldwide.
